I’ve been coming to this clinic for 3 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Today’s cleaning was especially great! The hygienist, Irah, was very thorough and gentle, and she explained every step clearly, which really helped me feel at ease. The dentists are patient, gentle, and knowledgeable, and the receptionists, assistants, and hygienists are all friendly and professional. I truly appreciate the care this clinic provides and would highly recommend them.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I need to share this. I went for a tooth extraction and explained my financial limits, yet the dentist repeatedly pushed expensive treatments like root canals, crowns, and implants. During the extraction, she was rough and impatient; I asked for a break while in pain, but she continued. The experience felt more like a sales pitch than genuine care. I won’t be returning and hope the clinic improves how they handle patient comfort and consent

I had a great in-office GLO Science whitening experience today at Bridgewater Richmond Dentist! Dr. Esha Dhanju and Clara were skillful, gentle, and caring throughout the process. The whitening tools were by far the most comfortable I’ve ever used, and I saw amazing results in just 8 minutes! The team also obtained my consent to take pictures and videos for social media, which I appreciated them doing professionally. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!
I made a last minute booking and the lady on call was so helpful. I managed to get checked out and have my tooth extracted. Such friendly people. I definitely recommend them 💯
