The staff at Brier Veterinarian Hospital are always courteous and helpful. I have been happy with the care I have gotten from the vets for my cats and dog. When my cat got very sick, and we eventually had to say goodbye, all of the staff made things comfortable for her and as pleasant as possible for us. I really appreciated that.
They helped my family through hospice and the passing of our 18 yr old kitty. They staff , and doctors showed so much gentle kindness. They help make an extremely hard day a little bearable. Our new kitty is relaxed and doesn't mind being handled by any of the staff. I they are wonderful
My dog Cooper is not an easy boy when visiting the veterinary clinic. We have struggled to get him taken care of but these folks got the job done for our boy when we really needed them to. So I’m thankful for them.
Overall we love Brier. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our puppies. The only thing that bothered us was feeling judged by our decision about self vaccination for our pets. While we understand their point of view it shouldn’t interfere with the patients. We feel that overall they have a great staff
I have a 15yr old dog who’s health is sadly going down hill. I took my fur baby to his regular vet and had two horrible experiences with them. So I called brier vet to see if they could squeeze my fur baby in. The receptionists showed so much compassion and love each time I called them. Every time I called they knew who I was just by saying my dogs first name and remembered everything I told them about my dogs symptoms. My appointment needed to be about end of life care.
