I have a 15yr old dog who’s health is sadly going down hill. I took my fur baby to his regular vet and had two horrible experiences with them. So I called brier vet to see if they could squeeze my fur baby in. The receptionists showed so much compassion and love each time I called them. Every time I called they knew who I was just by saying my dogs first name and remembered everything I told them about my dogs symptoms. My appointment needed to be about end of life care. This place has a good reputation and I see why. Came in for a puppy exam and Dr.featherstone took her time, went into a lot of detail, and I could tell she really cared about our sweet Emma. Staff was friendly, hours convenient, parking available, and the price was shockingly low having come from Seattle never leaving a vet for less than $500. Very happy thank you!!!
By the summer of 2023 we had already spent $$$$ going to a Specialist and several different Vets in hopes of figuring out what was happening to our nearly year old Mastiff Puppy. Dr. Gerard’s perseverance and empathy were the key factors in identifying the rare disease Howly has and subsequently saving her life! All of the staff at Brier have been consistently kind and understanding while taking great care of her in dealing with her various health issues.
Been using Brier for about a year and a half. Thankfully, I’ve only had to take my boy for routine care but everyone is always friendly. Vets & techs have gotten down on Kai’s level to greet him and give him loves. Highly recommend!
We had been looking for a new vet for a while and so glad we were told about Brier Veterinary Hospital. The service is great, they are friendly, welcoming, accommodating and thorough with their follow ups too! We have been incredibly impressed by Dr Girard. She provides so much detail and explanation, but also an open and honest approach which I value greatly. We now have all 3 of our dogs under their great care!
