You get what you paid for Parking is awful, they couldn't secure us a reserved lot, having to park in the basement guest lost, and your car will get bumps and scratches if you are not careful. Also air conditioning is only in the living room. Your bedrooms are going to be awfully hot during the summer. However, the location is good, and the price is also cheap. You definitely get what you pay for.
I enjoyed living at the Brigadoon. I had decent neighbors and I was very pleased with the apartment manager. My only complaint was the parking lot was a bit of a disaster, but it has since been fixed, and is no longer a problem. It was reasonably priced for the location and great for students - walking distance from the U!
