The staff are excellent—friendly, professional and always provide great service. Unfortunately, the biggest challenge is access to appointments. Wait times to see a dentist can easily be six months or more unless you're fortunate enough to secure a spot through the cancellation list. I have only good things to say about Bright Dental in Russell! The staff is helpful, friendly and courteous! My dentist, Dr. “ Hans” is wonderful! He is gentle, takes the time to explain everything, and makes sure you have a painless and comfortable experience! Thank you to all of you! Dr Hans is great! Super friendly and kind so were most of the staff. One receptionist was super rude. I avoid her at all cost. I won’t put her name but you’ll know once you have to interact with her.
We left our old dentist because they were outright mean to my kids, and I can’t even begin to describe the relief we felt the first time we walked into this office. I really appreciate being squeezed in for an appointment when I lost a filling. Dr. Hans quickly and efficiently fixed the problem and the receptionist took the extra time needed to complete my invoice. Lorilei, the dental assistant, was professional and welcoming as well!
