My son complained of tooth pain at daycare pick up and we were accommodated that evening for an X-ray that confirmed a filling fell out and needed replacement. This was scheduled and repaired first thing the next morning. Dr. Hans was incredibly patient, empathetic and kind to my son and put him at ease during the entire procedure. His work is impeccable and you can’t ask for better service. Thanks, Dr Hans!
The staff really cares about your well being and are very professional, courteous, kind and passionate, the doctors and assistant staff are always in good cheer also with the reception staff they always greet you with a smile, you do not find a dentist team like this very often or anywhere compared to where I have been, Thank you for helping me keep my smile I will spread the word as much as I can.
Great first visit, today! Staff was kind and was very patient/flexible with us. Dentist was not pushy and to me that's extra points, last thing I want is get pushed to get more things done right away.. Got all our questions answered and we're happy to say we booked our next appointment.
Basically a routine visit - service was good; hygienist was friendly; our only concern is each time we have a check-up by a dentist in this office they seem to recommend the capping of a previously filled molar. As seniors on a fixed income - not having any issues with the teeth in questions - we are starting to wonder if this is a monetary benefit to the dental office vs a health concern for us, the patient. Wishing a second opinion wouldn't cost additional funds at another location.
