We have put both of our boys through Bright Horizons and they are wonderful, smart little gentlemen because of it. The teachers are experienced, patient and caring. Jennifer (the manager) is absolutely incredible, and manages the place with care. She really loves the kids, and is always available to talk, answer questions, or help with any issue that may arrise. After a horrible experience at Goddard Hastings, Bright Horizons welcomed my boys with open arms, warmth, love and experience. Great care for babies and toddlers, and, in the older classes, Bright Horizons' curriculum feels much more like a nursery school than a daycare center. Cannot recommend this facility more highly.
My visit at the Odell Plaza location was warm and inviting. The director Jennifer was very sweet as can be. She and the assistant director Adrienne made my self and my son's transition into the toddler program welcoming. The toddler team is amazing!!
I stopped into the Odell plz location to setup a apt tour and Jennifer (director) was in the office. From the start she treated me like i was a bother to her. She told me she had to make call and and we would have to do this another time. I asked her if some else was around to help me and she does it look like we have that kind if help. Jennifer is rude, useless and disrespectful. She clearly needs an etiquette class. #neveragain.#wasteoftime. Paula
