RecommendedWhy Bright Horizons won’t accept program voucher for families with low income or another package deal?
Unsafe for children. Do not place your children in their ‘care’. The seriously dangerous issues I raised with the director Amanda Brooks (such as chairs on tables in the rooms, staff not knowing whether or not my child had an allergy and staff asking to watch my child at the reception desk as opposed to in a class room because teachers weren’t on time) were framed as a ‘teachable moment’. I don’t believe that there will be change because I didn’t feel any sense of urgency or real concern from the director. Stay. Away.

Leaving your little one to go back to work is never easy and they made us feel so secure in our decision. The friendships and knowledge she has gained is immeasurable.
