Everyone was very caring and Maureen was super thural and explained everything she did when asked. Doctor David was quite hard to understand verbally. No waiting time- was straight forward. after the x rays, doc came right out ; she explained and answered any questions. Great experience. Just make sure you go after your Can. Dental plan starts cause I didn’t check and oops.
I chose Bright View Dental because I noticed that their sign said that they take Canadian Dental Plan patients. I walked in without calling first, and was greeted by a friendly staff member who quickly processed my information and set an appointment with me for the following day. I was advised that it was unusual for the government to cover 100% of the cost, which is what the letter I had recieved from them stated.
