Everyone was very caring and Maureen was super thural and explained everything she did when asked. Doctor David was quite hard to understand verbally. My recent dental visit was overall a very positive experience. The dentist and hygienist were professional, attentive, and made me feel well cared for. The treatment itself was excellent, and I left confident in the quality of care provided. I did, however, notice that the front desk experience could be improved. A warmer and more welcoming approach, along with a stronger understanding of the process and patient flow, would make the visit even smoother. I went in for an extraction and was very nervous. Dr. Daoud was understanding without being patronizing, took the time to make sure I was comfortable, and handled the procedure with confidence and care. The tooth came out cleanly and quickly, and the whole experience was better than I ever expected. I’m thankful for such a great team!
Lovely and knowledgeable hygienist this morning. Lots of good suggestions for brushing and flossing. And on a Sunday - no need to take time off work. Great experience.
The staff are very welcoming! The one dentist doctor helped me understand more about my oral hygiene issues, they answered all my questions, understand my issues within my oral hygiene routine. I appreciate there time to understand and answer all of my questions I had.
