My recent dental visit was overall a very positive experience. The dentist and hygienist were professional, attentive, and made me feel well cared for. The treatment itself was excellent, and I left confident in the quality of care provided. I did, however, notice that the front desk experience could be improved. A warmer and more welcoming approach, along with a stronger understanding of the process and patient flow, would make the visit even smoother. I went in for an extraction and was very nervous. Dr. Daoud was understanding without being patronizing, took the time to make sure I was comfortable, and handled the procedure with confidence and care. The tooth came out cleanly and quickly, and the whole experience was better than I ever expected. I’m thankful for such a great team!
No waiting time- was straight forward. after the x rays, doc came right out ; she explained and answered any questions. Great experience. Just make sure you go after your Can. Dental plan starts cause I didn’t check and oops.
Everyone was very caring and Maureen was super thural and explained everything she did when asked. Doctor David was quite hard to understand verbally.
