I had a great experience. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected. They had me set up with my new storage unit in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
Came in for U-haul and they were able to set me up with the add ons I needed and walk me thru the reservation. Nice people working there. The facility is older and I definitely judged them based off the lack luster paint, but the service and the people outshine the facility looking so worn. Really quick process and thankful for their help
Paid about $50 for my storage the last week of Aug and they already tried to charge me almost $80 A WEEK later and tried the payment again the next day. And I was never able to even move in to the unit. I called two days in a row and had to talk to their call center. The first girl i spoke with obviously didnt do her job, the 2nd girl i spoke with at least turned off the autopay. I finally spoke to Tori today, and she was able to help me resolve everything and I have my refund pending.
The front desk lady (Teresa) was so kind and friendly she was very professional and she is very knowledgeable about the business and concerned about finding the best deal for my needs
