I moved in earlier this year and I couldn't be happier with my apartment. It's a quiet little community here at Brindlewood considering there's 60+ apartments. The landscaping and grounds are so pretty, and well maintained always. The manager and maintenance are great people, hard workers and always take care of service requests quickly. The grounds, laundry rooms are always kept clean. They really care about the residents and are making improvements to this little community. It's a great place to call home.
I wish people could see how much this place has changed, the new manager takes pride and care in what she does for her neighborhood residents. She always and I mean always has a positive energy. Things are always handled in a timely manner, an communication is on point. If you have concerns or problems with other residents she handles it peacefully. I love this place and the management. The manager is so helpful and knowledgeable and even looks after the kids that the parents are supposed to be watching and cares a lot for them.She is very patient and just a beautiful person inside and out. When I go on vacation it is my first stop and I love the color of the building and the maintenance guy is always working and the property looks great. The sign entrance is also so beautiful and the flowers are just eye popping. I just love, love,love it! Huge thumbs up 👍
My family lives here, and I tend to visit a lot. I can't decide in words how bad this place is but I'll give it my best. My family has tried to to get multiple issues with their apartment fixed like, a leak in their windows, the water heater does not work and everything keeps breaking. The management. Holy crap!!!!
