The place was great! Fit our party of 9 adults, 3 kids, 3 babies, and a dog comfortably! The kids/babies stayed safe upstairs in a very spacious open concept, and on the freshly stained decks with the use of some baby gates. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. convenient location within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Always Peak Season beach house was perfect for us! Beach access was super close! Views of ocean and sound sunsets were beautiful! Could hear the waves. Hot tub on the deck was nice and relaxing. Grateful for Hatteras Island!

I will never rent from Brindley Beach rental company again. We have rented houses on the Outer Banks for over 45 years. This was one of the worst experiences we have had. On arrival to the house, the floor of the house was sandy, and there was hair on the upper bunks. The dryer was not working when we arrived. Even though we reported this immediately, a repair man never even came to look at it. We had no working dryer for our entire week at the house. Overall, the house had awesome amenities, great pool, great hot tub, great beach access, and completely open beach with awesome views. The water was also so nice and clear!. We couldn’t have been happier with the layout and amenities, except for the fact that both fridge/freezers were not working properly and we had some food go bad. To their credit, they did bring a small fridge/freezer unit in for us to use. The only other minor complaint was the very musty smell in the downstairs rec room.
