The place was great! Fit our party of 9 adults, 3 kids, 3 babies, and a dog comfortably! The kids/babies stayed safe upstairs in a very spacious open concept, and on the freshly stained decks with the use of some baby gates. Kitchen was well equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. convenient location within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Always Peak Season beach house was perfect for us! Beach access was super close! Views of ocean and sound sunsets were beautiful! Could hear the waves. Hot tub on the deck was nice and relaxing. Grateful for Hatteras Island!

The house we rented was great. Very clean, all the TVs worked, no miscellaneous cable swapping needed. Plenty of linens. I do wish there would have been some dish soap and dishwasher detergent, but not a huge deal, we left the small bottle we purchased under the sink for the next renter. Amenities were better than as-advertised. Staff were helpful and friendly when contacted on the phone. More than willing to stay with Brindley again.
I will never rent from Brindley Beach rental company again. We have rented houses on the Outer Banks for over 45 years. This was one of the worst experiences we have had. On arrival to the house, the floor of the house was sandy, and there was hair on the upper bunks. The dryer was not working when we arrived. Even though we reported this immediately, a repair man never even came to look at it. We had no working dryer for our entire week at the house.
