I absolutely love life stance!!! Let's start with check in...it's super easy they email and text alerts so you can check in even before you arrive. When you arrive the staff is so pleasant and you also can make a cup.of coffee on your wait...I mean who doesn't love free coffee lol then the major part is the therapist. My therapist is britanica and she is AMAZING! Very loving and understand she even works with your schedule you can do in person or virtual! If you are wondering if this is the place for you...IT IS
