Mark met me in Whitney to exchange my unit so nice to do that. It saved me an over 100 mile doing trip. Mark is GREAT!!
My husband has congestion in his lungs and was having trouble tolerating the CPAP. I very called and Andre’ answered. He was very helpful and his suggestions were implemented. My husband had a better night’s sleep, than his usual lately. We are very happy with BritKare.

My first visit to get my sleep machine. It was great. But I had made a 2nd appointment with them because I had another appointment in Waco. My appointment was at 2pm. My Representative, Told me he could get me in and out in 30mins. Well unfortunately he was wrong. Because I waited until 2:15pm. I guess he already had set up another appointment for someone else at 2pm. I told him I had another appointment at 3pp I couldn't miss. Plus I am always early because unexpected things. TERRIBLE SERVICE. CHANGED INSURANCE, SO I WAS TOLD TO RETURN EQUIPMENT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, HAS NOT RETURNED MONEY OR MACHINE, Rude and terrible customer service!
