The office was very clean and the receptionist were very sweet. The wait was not long at all. I was called back very quickly and saw the physician quickly as well. Dr. Barrett-Harlow was so sweet and attentive to my issues and concerns. She gave me great advice and solutions to my problems. She showed concern and compassion and made me feel like she cared. I look forward to seeing her again so help me through my issues.
This was only my second visit. I pulled up in the parking lot which was packed. I was about 15 minutes before my appointment and the waiting room was also packed. I just knew this was not going to go well. But when I tell you these professionals had it all together, wow! I only waited maybe 15 minutes to be called back and I was out of there after a good bit of time with the doctor going over very thoroughly my concerns in 30 minutes. Dr. Barrett-Harlow and her staff are friendly and professional. I feel at ease each time I visit her care facility, knowing I am in good hands. She always speaks in a warm and caring manner. Additionally, she listens intently and explains my situation in a way I can easily understand. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone needing a trustworthy healthcare provider.
Dr Barrett Harlow was exceptional. She educated me on the anatomy of my health issues and offered alternative treatments for me to consider. She had the best approach I have seen to elevate my understanding of my health needs and care. I highly recommend her.
It’s so refreshing to find a physician that is relatable, has comforting bedside manner and can give you sound medical advice that one can trust. I felt at ease while discussing my personal concerns with my health and she informed me of my options and her thoughts of what she understood me to have a concern with and she educated me. I truly loved this about Dr. Barrett-Harlow. I’m so happy that I was referred to her.
