Phenomenal doctor & office staff. Was in the room at my appointment time, the nurse followed me in, did what she needed to, 2 minutes after she left the PA came in, went over everything with me, 3 minutes after she left she came back in with the doctor! Dr Harlow listened so well, I ask questions, she answered everything with an explanation. Then she offered me options to a solution. I left a completely different person concerning my problem. Dr. Barrett-Harlow is an incredible doctor. I’ve had roughly 8 Urologists in the last 25 years and she is by far the best. Thorough, kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and an excellent listener. She’s one of (if not the best) doctor I’ve had yet. My health insurance premiums for 2026 will increase but I’m not changing it because Dr. Barrett-Harlow is not in the new plan. I’m willing to pay the higher premiums in order to keep her.

My very first visit with Dr. Harlow today was amazing, the doc was very patient, listened to all my issues, she accessed, diagnosed and put a viable solution into place immediately. Dr. Harlow is very professional and an excellent urologist. I recommend her services 1000%. This was my 3rd encounter with Dr Barrett-Barlow and each one has been exceeded as for personal care, concern and explaining of my situation. No one shoe fits all patients and neither does one shoe fit all Dr’s. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Dr Barrett-Barlow. Her approach is highly competent and her explanations are on point. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a Urologist! She is the best!
I panicked at first glance of the waiting room full of patients, however I only had a 15 min. Wait. The office personnel were very friendly. Dr. Barrett-Harlow warmly greeted me. She listened attentively to my concerns. She was very thorough with examining me. Dr. Barrett-Harlow offered me a plan of action for my concern and set up an appointment to continue addressing my issues. I was thoroughly pleased.
