I arrived on time, checked in and seated, the wait was less than 5 minutes, if that. Was greeted by Briea I think is how you spell her name, very professional. Her scrubs were clean, neat and she was almost perfect in everything she did. Top of the line service!! Dr. Harlow is a gem! I would recommend her to everyone that may have issues with urology. In my opinion, she is the best!!
Dr. Barrett-Harlow was great as usual. She explained additional treatment options and was very patient with answering my questions. The nurse was very pleasant and polite. My appt was at 2:50pm. I checked in at 2:35pm and was seen shortly after that. I was pulling out of the parking lot by 3:18pm. Excellent Customer Service from both of them.

Brittany, better known as Dr. B., is an outstanding physician. She is incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and respectful. During my cystoscopy, she walked me through the entire process in a reassuring and comforting manner, which made a potentially stressful experience much easier. She took the appropriate next steps by promptly scheduling both a CT scan and an MRI for my condition, and her clinical judgment was right on target. Dr. Brittani Barrett-Harlow was incredibly attentive, kind, and compassionate throughout my visit. She took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and truly felt that she cared about me as a patient. Her genuine, caring demeanor made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable physician who treats her patients with kindness and respect.
