I arrived on time, checked in and seated, the wait was less than 5 minutes, if that. Was greeted by Briea I think is how you spell her name, very professional. Her scrubs were clean, neat and she was almost perfect in everything she did. Top of the line service!! Dr. Harlow is a gem! I would recommend her to everyone that may have issues with urology. In my opinion, she is the best!!
Brittany, better known as Dr. B., is an outstanding physician. She is incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and respectful. During my cystoscopy, she walked me through the entire process in a reassuring and comforting manner, which made a potentially stressful experience much easier. This was my first visit and I was totally happy with the I was treated. Whe I first signed in, I was told that it would be about 15 minutes before I would be seen. I was seen in about 7 minutes. When the Doctor came in, she asked what was wrong, what was all the problems and how was it affecting me. After telling her she ask a few more questions. Dr Barrett-Harlow is simply wonderful, a great urologist. I travel 180 to see her every year and it is well worth it. She listens to me, doesn’t rush the visit with me, and I don’t just feel like a number. The office staff is also great and personal. I would highly recommend Dr B and her staff if anyone is in need of a urologist. Check them out, I think you will be very pleased.
