Phenomenal doctor & office staff. Was in the room at my appointment time, the nurse followed me in, did what she needed to, 2 minutes after she left the PA came in, went over everything with me, 3 minutes after she left she came back in with the doctor! Dr Harlow listened so well, I ask questions, she answered everything with an explanation. Then she offered me options to a solution. I left a completely different person concerning my problem. It was a pleasant encounter. Everyone I had an interaction with was friendly, courteous and professional, all in one. I enjoyed the conversation with Dr Barrett-Harlow as she explained the medical nature of my condition. I really appreciated the entire ordeal, start to finish. Job well done!
My appointment with Dr. Barrett -Harlow went very well. This was my first visit with her and I was impressed. She had read through my records and knew my history. She listened intently and suggested a good plan of care going forward. I also found her caring and compassionate. Highly recommend.
I was assigned to see Dr. Harlow after needing to come in and follow up on a procedure that I had let go on for too long. She didn't know a lot about my history but she was very thorough in her explanation of what needed to be done. She was very respectful but did give the information to me straight. My experience with her was very easy. She explained everything to me simply and I did not come out of the visit feeling overwhelmed or stressed out. I would highly recommend her as a provider.
