Dr Barrett-Harlow and her entire team were amazing! She listened intently and laid out all my options for my care plan, and then explained what to expect when we change up my medication. Fantastic experience from walking in thru walking out. Definitely my new Urologist!
Phenomenal doctor & office staff. Was in the room at my appointment time, the nurse followed me in, did what she needed to, 2 minutes after she left the PA came in, went over everything with me, 3 minutes after she left she came back in with the doctor! Dr Harlow listened so well, I ask questions, she answered everything with an explanation. Then she offered me options to a solution. I left a completely different person concerning my problem. It was a pleasant encounter. Everyone I had an interaction with was friendly, courteous and professional, all in one. I enjoyed the conversation with Dr Barrett-Harlow as she explained the medical nature of my condition. I really appreciated the entire ordeal, start to finish. Job well done!
I read practically all of Dr. Harlow’s reviews prior to our meeting. I was impressed with her 5 star rating and felt I would be in good hands. I had prepared a list of questions prior to our meeting. After Dr. Harlow’s explanation of the procedure I’m seeking, I had only one question on my list to ask. She was that thorough which gives me much confidence for my treatment plan. My appointment with Dr. Barrett -Harlow went very well. This was my first visit with her and I was impressed. She had read through my records and knew my history. She listened intently and suggested a good plan of care going forward. I also found her caring and compassionate. Highly recommend.
