I had my intake appointment with Brittany last night and I honestly didn’t expect it to go like that. She is remarkably easy to talk to and genuinely takes time to not only understand but to validate your feelings and give you insight on why you feel the way you do. I’m really looking forward to our sessions and putting in the work to heal and figure out who I am again. :)
I have seen a lot of counselors in my adult life and Brittany has been one of the best partners in my journey towards healing and regulation. I am so grateful that I found her.
