They are amazing here! My counselor is Ashley V. She is the most attentive, caring , resourceful and personable person here! Brandon and Tanya are amazing as well and i love that they joke around with me and know me past just my patient ID number. Jeanette is so sweet and always concerned as well as Miss Gloria! I love Ashley so so much! She is the best listener, counselor I have ever had. This clinic has SAVED my LIFE! I truly love every employee here and I look forward to coming to the clinic everyday. I share with everyone who asks that Broad Street CTC has saved my life. They gave my kids their Mom back. Ashley is always there to talk to me, and she is so kind and loving. I’ve been a patient here at Broad Street CTC for almost 4yrs & Ashley Velez has been my counselor since April 2025 & i love her so much. she’s very compassionate & empathetic, making me feel like i’m truly being heard. i definitely can say she always puts her patients first!! Honestly, I did not wanna go here. But my oncologist suggested it. He told me that methadone might handle my pain better than other narcotics for my cancer. I have been going here for over a year and it's a very well run clinic. My counselor Ashley is fantastic and attentive. They don't make me feel like an addict and the nurses are great as well! 5 star service every appointment!
