Storing here has been great. However, their customer service is better than the facility. Everyone is so nice, quickly helps resolve issues and makes sure you are good to go before disconnecting with you. Prices are fair, location is great and secure! Definitely recommend!

Rented two spaces somebody was in both of them. When I called they said they had no spaces available at all. They were very helpful took a little while but they found me two spots and then got me moved to a permanent spot a few weeks later. They were easy to work with very courteous and friendly cuz I probably wasn't the nicest I could be because I wasn't happy. Good storage unit however management changed so often calling to find out who owned the place so I could get them paid whatever was owed since the switch and get though the gate seemed to happen every time I went to access my spot. Hopefully the new management will stick around, they seemed more on the ball than previous ones.

Our camper was stolen after having it on site for less than a month. Not once did anyone with the company reach out to assist with information or to just issue an apology. We even kept getting charged a monthly fee as if our property was still on site. Even got threatened with a lock cutting fee and an auction fee. What exactly are you auctioning off? It was stolen off of your supposed "secured facility" Yes our camper did have a tongue lock.

Horrible experience. My unit was burglarized and the facility filed a police report. However, they never notified me of the burglary. I didn't know about it until I went to add belongings several weeks later. Months later, they have not released video surveillance footage to the police, despite the requests.
