Shea was very helpful and friendly as she made the account setup very easy and effective. All transaction was remote. Worked great for me as I just needed access to a small storage space. I have since been helped by Aileen, who quickly and efficiently helped resolve my account questions and got me a discount benefit for using auto pay. Never had any issues with the facility! Very straightforward, simple and easy to set up and maintain my account for the unit. Great customer service for any questions or concerns I had. Easy but secured access to facility. Would recommend!
This place is great, haven't had any problems and is surprisingly clean for an off site monitored facility, I recently left this facility because I no longer needed it. Very easy process to vacate the unit. Pictures to see size of unit

"Good place to store your RV" is what I said a couple weeks ago when I was under the impression that it was still broken arrow storage or red river. I would like to point out that I was heavily pressured to leave a review, with promises of maybe winning a prize, but then suddenly the ownership changed. So I am realizing that these reviews must of been important to the new ownership, yet, I don't know how my experience will be now and I may change storage because something feels off about it.
