Brooke is amazing. She really listens and works with you to find the right regimen that works for your life. She changed my life in helping me understand my own mind better.

I have been going to lifestance for over 15 years. My counselor, Brooke Sheehan, is a perfect fit for me. The front line personnel have great customer service skills.. They have always been helpful and cheerful while doing it. I’m sure the other counselors are just as wonderful as Brooke. I have been with Lifestance for over 15 years. They are a crucial part of my mental health. That it is so much better and I want to keep it that way. I’ll be a client there until they kick me out!
