Our new manager did not wait for the mail to arrive and called me to tell me I didn’t pay I checked my bank and it was done nov 1 then I called him back and he wouldn’t even give me his last name we have been in the park for over 32 years and never had any problems until this guy came in why did they get rid Mickie she was the best
We recently purchased a park, model and love the location. We encountered an electrical issue and the manager had it taken care of the same day. We have enjoyed all the amenities and programs. The property is well-kept, and all of the employees are very helpful and courteous.

Angie, the Park Manager at Brookhaven is a dedicated, committed, hard working person. She has a positive attitude and is quick and prompt to respond to any need or question. Angie is always welcoming when approached and makes herself accessible in and outside of the office. Also, it is very much appreciated that Angie looks and dresses professionally. I love our little community of Brookhaven we are a friendly helpful community. But the company that does the overseeing is subpar,I have been trying to get my payment which are supposed to be done through their portal for some time now and have been unable to do it, even with the help of their manager.
