The place to be. Quiet and peaceful you would love it here. I lived here for most of my life it is one of the best neighborhood you will ever want to bring your kids up in. No doubt.
Management is unprofessional and rude. They treat people poorly and its most likely because this is section 8 which is not an excuse to treat people as though they are animals. God Does not support evil behaviors. Do better for your community.
It's nice and quite and the neighbors are nice and they take care of the property and I have my own private porch and it's very well lit at night and the bus comes right in front of my house it would be nice if they opened the road back up that goes into Hamden and if we had a sub police station.
We moved here around 6 years ago. My family loves it here ,great neighbors,great management. SAFE!! Property is extremely well taken care of lawns are mowed regularly ,property gardens are kept up nicely ,property repairs are done immediately (except on weekends).then it is emergency's only . However I had my garbage disposal fixed on a weekend. I did not consider that an emergency since I had not had a garbage disposal before moving here. I rode the bus around here a few times. They look very nice but some of the Tennant's who hangout or get on the bus look seedy especially when they are Rollin blunts 😂 on the bus.
