I love this place and I feel pretty safe here. My neighbors are so friendly and kind. Mostly a lot of sweet older adults live here. My baby is very popular and gets spoiled by a whole building of grandmas. They even threw him a big first birthday party! It was wonderful. Management is pretty decent about getting things fixed. I would really like better ceilings without leaks though. Overall this is a great place to rent in Winchester. The view from the bay windows is incredible!

Trying to take my mother-in-law's things to her was a true pain in the rear. She only got one key card for the front doors so nobody can get in even if you have a apartment key. Some I guess resident was self-appointed security guard and had to get belligerent and give us the blues for asking to be let in. It was obvious we were there to bring somebody stuff we had furniture and boxes and my grandson with us didn't need her to read us the right act

Winterwood Properties owns this building. It is not handicap accessible and there's no plan how to get the elderly and disabled out of the building, per apartment and needs, for the fire department to get to those residents most needy. There isn't staff members daily or daily cleaning crew. Winterwood needs to step up in a big way!!!

This is nice place to live, the people are friendly and offer to help each other. The staff are great.They fix any problems you might have in a timely manner.Samantha and Nick do a great job.
