The management at Brown Proctor is awesome! We have the best manager and maintenance team anyone could ask for. They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. I truly appreciate everything they do to make this a great place to live.
I love this place. My apartment is cute and quirky with big beautiful windows. Management and maintenance are friendly and very helpful. So glad to be here!
Winterwood Properties owns this building. It is not handicap accessible and there's no plan how to get the elderly and disabled out of the building, per apartment and needs, for the fire department to get to those residents most needy. There isn't staff members daily or daily cleaning crew. Winterwood needs to step up in a big way!!!
This is nice place to live, the people are friendly and offer to help each other. The staff are great.They fix any problems you might have in a timely manner.Samantha and Nick do a great job.
I love this place and I feel pretty safe here. My neighbors are so friendly and kind. Mostly a lot of sweet older adults live here. My baby is very popular and gets spoiled by a whole building of grandmas. They even threw him a big first birthday party! It was wonderful. Management is pretty decent about getting things fixed. I would really like better ceilings without leaks though. Overall this is a great place to rent in Winchester. The view from the bay windows is incredible!
