This staff and team really gets things done. When I have issues, this team has answers. Amber, the property manager is wonderful! She made my problems, her problems and knows how and what and where to fix things! Amber is a lifesaver thank you so much!
I have lived here a little over two years. Maintenance is there whenever I need them. Office staff is friendly and helpful. School district is great. Close to all the stores and beaches. I'm happy we made the choice to live here before we eventually get a house.
I would like to say what a pleasure it was to tour this apartment in Leland. My parents were here from New York hoping to relocate within the next year, so we spent the day looking. Most companies don't know how important their staff is, we walked in the leasing office, others customers and residents were in but a very pleasant an well dressed older lady came over introduced herself offer us refreshments. What a lousy bunch of crooks....I left my apartment ABSOLUTELY pristine with no damage to the walls, carpets or appliances-- and as my "reward" for being a "model tenant" these a-holes charged me $435 for "kitchen counter resurfacing". They basically looked until they found something they felt they could get away with charging me for...RIDICULOUS doesn't even begin to cover the absurdness of being charged ANYTHING ADDITIONAL, muchless $435 for "made up" damage....I would not live here AGAIN (or even be able to HONESTLY recom... read more
Lots of problems first week of living here had to call the cops on a neighbor for leaving there 2 year old outside in the cold now they are towing cars for not looking nice and if the tags have gone out
Watch out! Trickery afoot. Their payment app suX. Don't ever deal with the front office if you can. Dog poop is everywhere that's green until they mow. Floods easily, so don't get a first floor. It's not the worst ghetto I have lived in. Just wish the head b*tch at the front office wasn't power trippin when it comes to money. Ni Moto
Brunswick Point Apartments are over priced for what you get. The apartments are very small and basic. They don't even have garbage disposals. I would highly suggest looking else where.

As a military vet that moved a lot, this is (by far) the worst apartment complex to live in. Windows leak when it rains, AC is CONSTANTLY going out. Broken tiles in the bathrooms, Kitchen was supposed to have tile but didn't. Refrigerator light never turned off so the maintenance tech came out and screwed a light switch plate (YES A LIGHT SWITCH PLATE) into the door to have the light turn off when the door was closed. This place SUCKS my dishwasher has bee broken a month, the doors literally fall of hinges. And the maintence team IS WORTHLESS. Theyre rude and literally don't do anything but tape notices on people doors. DONT MOVE HERE. Dreading the months until my lease is up so I can get out of here. I'd rather live under a bridge
