Extremely pleasant experience. I had an emergency situation and the front desk in Bryn Mawr was able to set up an appointment for me in the Newtown Square office.
Called, same day appointment. Greeted cordially easy transaction. Nurse was very helpful. Met Dr. Wu for the first time, answered all my questions and was very helpful. Thank you for a great experience it was very appreciated.
Just love Dr. Tara Davis! She is so nice and like talking with her. She is down to earth and genuinely takes an interest in her patients. I highly recommend her and the practice!
Dr Craparo is the best. She listens so attentively with kindness and compassion. She makes me feel comfortable and makes it easy for me to share private and personal health issues.
I had to switch providers when my GYN retired. This practice was recommended by my GP and I was very pleased with how they treated new patients. The staff is very nice and the facility is immaculate. I’m happy with my choice.
honestly the worst office to get in touch with. i’ve been calling for days and no one picks up the phone or returns calls! unacceptable.. also all the girls in the office have nothing but an attitude. disgraceful.

Women's healthcare should provide compassion, kindness, and a tender approach to the unique needs of women in their various stages of life. Unfortunately, as a new patient of Dr. Zeidman I received care that was dismissive, rude, and lacked human compassion. This care does not align with Axia's vision of women's healthcare and is quite concerning. Women deserve better!
