We are long time customers of Buckeye. Excellent service, great employees, beautiful pools!
After the many years of virtually no issues requiring a service call we had a chlorine generator start to fail. Talked to Tony at the office and he helped me walk through a process to help diagnose the potential issue. Tony recommended they bring out a chlorinator and make a service call, this was set for the very next day, I appreciated the fact that if it was unrepairable Buckeye would have the replacement part ready to install, plus by having it done by them, we would have a full year warranty, which was explained at the... read more
I called Buckeye after someone else had opened our pool this year. The pool was black, it hadn't been opened in 2 years, and we had never owned a pool. Tony was very responsive and willing to answer all my questions. It took some time to get on their schedule for a pool cleaning, but it was sooner than I expected. We’ve used Buckeye Pools for a few years now on our pool openings, closings, general maintenance and water testing. After going through a few different pool companies around the Dayton area, we’ve found them to be the most helpful and professional. Highly valued information from service department regarding my Hayward equipment in an above ground pool. Buckeye Pools did not install this(as it is an above ground) but literally took me to school on how the system truly works and what needs to be done from cleaning to maintenance. Highly recommend their sales and service..superior rating!
