Highly valued information from service department regarding my Hayward equipment in an above ground pool. Buckeye Pools did not install this(as it is an above ground) but literally took me to school on how the system truly works and what needs to be done from cleaning to maintenance. Highly recommend their sales and service..superior rating!

We’ve used Buckeye Pools for a few years now on our pool openings, closings, general maintenance and water testing. After going through a few different pool companies around the Dayton area, we’ve found them to be the most helpful and professional. I purchased a in-ground pool 19 years ago from Buckeye Pools. Over the years I have found multiple issues with their pool install. First major issue was when the pool was two years old it acquired a massive leak. I found the seam between the concrete base and the fiberglass concrete backed side wall leaked so bad I could not keep water in it over the safety rail. I had to remove their seal, and install 10 tubes of flowable caulk into the seam before I could replace their seal properly. The next biggest issue was found t... read more
Buckeye built our pool over 10 years ago while we were building our house. One of the best investments we made! Over the years we have had Buckeye service our pool. This past month we had to have have our pool re painted due to various reasons/conditions. We wanted to thank Chris/Andy and Tony for making sure our pool was painted in a timely manner. The crew did a fantastic job. The entire Buckeye Pool team are good people to deal with. Thank you all.
