Buckeye Pools did a great job with the tile work in our pool. Turned out beautifully! Rodney and Mike were great. Worked hard (long hours), were kind, courteous and professional. Thank you, Buckeye Pools! 5 stars!!
We enjoyed so much working with Buckeye pools. From the first meeting on they continued to work so well with getting everything taken care of and even offering up their Hardscape and Landscape companies that were also amazing to work with. We just opened our beautiful pool and are enjoying it!!
After working with several pool companies in the area, it was suggested by a friend that we call Buckeye Pool. They have been everything you expect from a top-notch service company. Always professional and friendly on the phone and when the techs visit our home. The service manager, Tony, and the owners have always been prompt to respond, fair and reasonable, guaranteeing their work and coming back at no charge to correct something that didn't go entirely right the first time. We highly recommend!
After the many years of virtually no issues requiring a service call we had a chlorine generator start to fail. Talked to Tony at the office and he helped me walk through a process to help diagnose the potential issue. Tony recommended they bring out a chlorinator and make a service call, this was set for the very next day, I appreciated the fact that if it was unrepairable Buckeye would have the replacement part ready to install, plus by having it done by them, we would have a full year warranty, which was explained at the... read more
