We’ve used Buckeye Pools for a few years now on our pool openings, closings, general maintenance and water testing. After going through a few different pool companies around the Dayton area, we’ve found them to be the most helpful and professional. Buckeye built our pool over 10 years ago while we were building our house. One of the best investments we made! Over the years we have had Buckeye service our pool. This past month we had to have have our pool re painted due to various reasons/conditions. We wanted to thank Chris/Andy and Tony for making sure our pool was painted in a timely manner. We have had our Buckeye Pool for 30 years and consider it one of the best investments we have ever made! Chris and the rest of the Buckeye team are true professionals. Our kids and their friends enjoyed the pool growing up and now our grandkids love coming over to swim. My experience has been great with Buckeye Pools. I’ve used them for several years after buying a house with a pool. They installed a new sand filter, a salt system and painted the pool. Recently I had an issue with the caulking of the pool. They came in drained the pool and repaired the caulking and painted it. They covered the cost under the warranty from when they painted pool. If you expect future pool and customer service from a company after installation, I would NOT have Buckeye install your pool. I called a couple years ago in May to have Buckeye take a look at our pool and they told me it wouldn’t be until after July 4th that they could come out and look at our pool to see what was wrong with it. Ok, maybe I called a little too late in the year. I called them today, in February, and got the exact same response. Identical. They would not be able to come out until after July 4th.
