After working with several pool companies in the area, it was suggested by a friend that we call Buckeye Pool. They have been everything you expect from a top-notch service company. Always professional and friendly on the phone and when the techs visit our home. The service manager, Tony, and the owners have always been prompt to respond, fair and reasonable, guaranteeing their work and coming back at no charge to correct something that didn't go entirely right the first time. We highly recommend!

After the many years of virtually no issues requiring a service call we had a chlorine generator start to fail. Talked to Tony at the office and he helped me walk through a process to help diagnose the potential issue. Tony recommended they bring out a chlorinator and make a service call, this was set for the very next day, I appreciated the fact that if it was unrepairable Buckeye would have the replacement part ready to install, plus by having it done by them, we would have a full year warranty, which was explained at the... read more
I called Buckeye after someone else had opened our pool this year. The pool was black, it hadn't been opened in 2 years, and we had never owned a pool. Tony was very responsive and willing to answer all my questions. It took some time to get on their schedule for a pool cleaning, but it was sooner than I expected. I purchased a in-ground pool 19 years ago from Buckeye Pools. Over the years I have found multiple issues with their pool install. First major issue was when the pool was two years old it acquired a massive leak. I found the seam between the concrete base and the fiberglass concrete backed side wall leaked so bad I could not keep water in it over the safety rail.
