Horrible place to stay. Entirely too expensive and staff will harras you over bs. Policy states dog waste must be picked up daily. I pick my dogs waste up daily after work and still get texts about it. Along with rent going up every 3-4 months it seems and a $30 “convenience” fee. $860 a month for an uncovered spot where people constantly harass you. Pitiful. I went to carlsbad 9/23/2023 for a 3 month job. I left 9/29/26 it lasted a little longer than expected lol. My cabin is had at buds was great never any problems nothing ever stolen. If there was ever any problems it was fixed immediately. Great folks to deal with
Bud's is one of the best RV Park we have stayed at. The grounds are amazing, staff is friendly and very helpful. The amenities great. We absolutely love it here.
The entire park appeared to be filled by permanent workers in the oil industry. One person we talked to has been living there 1 1/2 yrs & will continue. The sites are crowded. Lots of potholes. Laundry facility yucky - wash machines dirty. Water terrible - high alkaline & hard even going thru our triple filters & water softener. We had to purchase bottled water. Excessive street noise. Would not return.
It was awesome working with management Had a great time , Was there for work My kids enjoyed the park Close to town , Bakery walking distance Great cabins Clean bathrooms
