Fantastic experience, Mike in the service department was great at explaining the process. Thoroughly impressed by the video showing the inspection and the peace of mind seeing the issue. They took the guess work out of the experience offered step by step recommendations. Mike was there communicating time line and offered real time updates. He was even offering a ride to pick me up. Rich was my service advisor, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better attention. The way he handled my car’s issue was incredible. I had a leak underneath my vehicle, and I told him I needed it fixed before Saturday because I’m going on a trip. He did everything possible to make it happen and even got it done earlier than expected! On top of that, the prices he gave me for the repair were amazing.
