Disappointing service and customer service. 10 days for standard service, washer pump that failed 1k miles outside of warranty, steering wheel recall and to investigate possible transmission slipping to be told it needed a software update. No loaner vehicle, 1 phone call in 10 days to update me and they don’t even bother to run your car through a car wash. 2.5 year old car and ready to trade it for a brand that understand customer service.
I've been a loyal Beaman customer for more than 20 years, involving service, sales, and body repair. I have purchased two vehicles in the last 30 days and Ashley has been absolutely wonderful. I financed one of them so I got to work with Don as well. They both have made this process super easy and even though we are 4 hours apart and on different states they have a forever customer with me.
These guys always take excellent care of me and my truck. Twice now I've thought that I scheduled service with them directly but the app put me at a different dealership altogether. They managed to get me in and out without issue. Highly recommend.
