We had a great experience with Beaman GMC in Nashville. Our saleswoman Misti and the manager were amazing. We drove 2.5 hours to get the suv I’d been looking for. We got a beautiful Yukon and a swag bag too! It was worth the drive.
The Beaman Buick GMC SERVICE DEPT is awesome. Can’t say it enough. Just took my 24 GMC for another install and yet again they knocked it out of the park. This time my advisor was Josh. Great guy, knowledgeable, professional and very nice. Got my truck in and out in less than 3 hours. Also treated my truck like it was his own vehicle. I experienced a couple of warning messages while driving my car to work. I realized I needed to have it diagnosed properly and it serviced by knowledgeable and reliable technicians. This was my first experience with Beaman GMC Buick. The service technicans explained what was wrong, listened to my questions, made me feel comfortable in understanding what was needed. I recommend this dealership and will be a repeat customer. Service was done timely.
Went today for an oil change. Sat down two hours later, asked how much longer it would take . The tall dude who works in the service area first computer checked, and another gentleman came out and said they missed my car and forgot to get to it after waiting two hours. Then the tall guy I overheard him say, “ If he doesn’t want to wait, have him go somewhere else and pay.” Ended up leaving because of work and had to pay $95 at Valvoline when I had Beaman Care.
