The service I received at Beaman was great. I was able to make an appointment online and received not only a confirmation but a reminder as well. My Service Advisor was Dakota. He asked great questions that helped pinpoint the problem I was having with my transmission. I appreciated him keeping me informed of where they were during the process. Thanks to the tech guy’s quick install and attention to detail.
Wild animals got in my car. parts took forever to get and then the parts shipped were wrong… or were they just ordered wrong. Took an extra week… no one offered anything for my inconvenience…. Free oil change??
I had an excellent experience with Beaman Buick GMC from start to finish. Dakota was an amazing service representative and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He communicated with me every step of the way, contacted my warranty company on my behalf, and made sure I was placed in a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. Our sales person was very great and helped out a whole lot. We got in there and we got out in the Truck was as described. We came from about three hours away and was not disappointed like the truck that we bought will buy from the dealership again and we’ll buy from the salesman we have. Thank you again.
After I completed an honest Survey my first visit, it looks like the Beaman team at this location is not interested in assisting me (yet had the audacity to coach me through a “all 10’s” and “completely satisfied” ratings through alleged automated text from John Haller operations manager). Operations manager Jon Haller was slightly rude after I contacted him instead of completing a second survey, he proceeded to make it about the previous bad survey.
