Wild animals got in my car. parts took forever to get and then the parts shipped were wrong… or were they just ordered wrong. Took an extra week… no one offered anything for my inconvenience…. Free oil change??
Tremayne was great on the follow up after contacting about the GMC sierra. He was punctual and very informative about the history of the truck. Also made sure i test drove it and sure it was the truck i wanted. He made sure to fill it up and have it detailed before i left.
I called in to a buddy (Tremayne Townsend) looking for an oil change and he referred me to Dakota, who got me scheduled quickly. Upon arrival I let Dakota know about how some events had taken place in my day and how I was now on a time crunch. Dakota was able to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and I was able to keep my appointment. I appreciate Dakota and Tremayne for helping me and I will definitely be back and will be referring them to my friends and family.
The service was great all around. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor was Kristen and she was amazing. She was very polite and explained every step of the process. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be back for future services.
Crystal was AMAZING!!!! From the beginning to the end. I literally flew from Memphis to Nashville just to make this purchase. lol I’m pleased with my car, the customer service and the overall experience. I will be referring more people for sure. Thank you again Crystal
