Five years in, and our roof is leaking due to poor workmanship. Couldn't speak to anyone about it, was told to email McGuinn Homes. They replied via email that we should contact a licensed roofer as the home is no longer under warranty, There are other issues with the home too. The tankless water heater they installed is sized for a tiny home with 2 occupants, not a 1900 SF home with a family of 4.
