UPDATED EDITED: I have had numerous homes custom built in my life. Some were great experiences, some were mediocre. If I were to build another home, I would choose these guys. Every morning on my dog walk for the last 60 days I have watched them building a home from land clearing to dried in with shingles. With growing up with a father that built high end custom homes it was hard choosing a different builder to build for my family. All in all we had a good experience so far. We are 3 months in our home. We worked with Joe in the Greenville office. If Joe didn’t have an answer he worked to get one. After searching for the right Builder for about five years, my husband and I finally found Build on Your Land. This was such an amazing experience. The Columbia South Carolina team was amazing to work with. Ross our sales guy was top notch! The prices are reasonable and the quality is amazing. We had the best experience building our forever home. As a homeowner and a realtor I would recommended Build on Your Land over and over.
BOYL made the entire process so easy and painless. Ross, Gatlin, TJ, Dylan, and Britton are a dream team. Ross provided many recommendations to us (including the realtor that sold our previous home!) and they have all been equally amazing. We love our new home!
