This cleaning company is great! We hired them to clean our office building and we have been so impressed with their service. They always do an amazing job cleaning and are available to answer calls or questions at anytime. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a professional cleaning service.

They don't clean, only empty the trash, they barely refill the toilet paper. On top of that, they decided to throw away my moms flowers that my boss gave me after she passed away suddenly. SO you barely clean BUT took it upon yourselves to throw away my flowers???? Seriously pissed.

They have been very hard to train. We explained the services that we wanted, such as refilling toilet paper and hand soap, sweeping, mopping, etc. We had numerous issues with those tasks being completed, even with repeated complaints. The "operations manager" did not seem to listen to our criticisms or was unable to fix the cleaning crew's behavior. Not a well-run outfit.

Spoke with a company rep and was very unprofessional. We were looking for a new cleaning company and he was extremely rude when I expressed my concerns on the company's yelp reviews. He made fun of me and stated that no one uses yelps. Clearly this company is out dated and was not able to provide multiple references that I had requested. They only gave me one company as a reference but couldn't generate more. Used them for 8 years. In 2014 the carpet wasn't being vacuumed every time, there was salt from the winter behind our front door for months and sinks weren't being cleaned. Three notes in their binder and still issues. They switched crews and things were better for 9 months. Then back to carpet never being vacuumed. Three more complaints and we're done. Now it's taking too long to get our office keys back from them. I'd find another company to clean your office.

We have an office in Frankfort that was using the Building Stars service. The cleaning was awful. Occassionally no one would stop in to clean, although we were in a contract requiring routine cleanings. Despite having this service, there were cobwebs and dust bunnies under chairs, wall plates were filthy from fingers, and it was obvious nothing was ever moved to to dust or clean. When the local owner was contacted with our complaints, we were just brushed off. No improvement.
