I’m really happy with this dentist. The administrative staff is very friendly, and Dr. Kaminsla is an excellent dentist for both adults and children. Something that is very important to me is how sweet and caring she is with kids. My 9-year-old son loves her.
I have been going to this clinic for four years and the entire staff is amazing. Special commendations to Asia, she’s the best! I always leave feeling satisfied whenever she does my cleaning. She also takes the time to educate me while doing my treatment which I really appreciate! Mona is also very great; she always goes above and beyond to make sure we get our appointments in the right time. Great team!
Terrible front desk services who does not know how to handle insurance information, customer services, and manners. The two front desks - Irene and Vicky were at the desk today and provided terrible services: 1. They had challenges locating information they need from the insurance card and key it into their system. 2. They were challenged in recalling their pricing, and questioned why the customer did not know the prices and asked. 3. Had my first visit here a few days ago. The experience with my hygienist Asia & Dr. Kaminski was wonderful. The care I received was very thorough & detailed from x-rays to scaling and they even took my blood pressure. Although I am giving a five star rating there is something negative I need to point out. First impression matters and what I experienced at the waiting area did not set a good one.
