Good enough for the price! This apartment came at the perfect time, and it is a great price for this neighborhood. I do wish we had central A/C, but the window unit does a good job for the living room. The ceilings are high, which is also a plus, but the entire apartment is on a slight slant. I can't close the closet doors, they'll always go to the right. Same for the cabinets, or any furniture not nailed down. But...
The manager is wonderful and does what she can. She tries to help out. Its clear the owner doesnt care about the tenants or this property. This place can be 100 times better if the owner invested...
Loud, disruptive, inconsiderate tenants. 4 bug bombs & we're still dealing with roaches, gnats, water bugs, etc., coming from the dirty apartment below us. Pest control and management has admitted that the bugs are not caused by us, and yet no compensation has been made for the many months we've been dealing with this issue (at LEAST 5). Management is understanding & does what she can, but...
