Good enough for the price! This apartment came at the perfect time, and it is a great price for this neighborhood. I do wish we had central A/C, but the window unit does a good job for the living room. The ceilings are high, which is also a plus, but the entire apartment is on a slight slant. I can't close the closet doors, they'll always go to the right. Same for the cabinets, or any furniture not nailed down. But again, a small price to pay for a great location, good price, and nice landlord.
