Public Announcement! Please doNOT eat from this BK location on 4/18/2025 Mysel and my daughter decided to grab lunch at this BK located on 380 Main Ave in Norwalk. As we sat to eat our lunch I noticed (2) employees behind the counter picking their noses and handling dirty cellphones while touching all over the equipment preparing orders! I frequent this location more than other restaurants in the area because of the cleanliness of the establishment also how food here is always fresh and hot I love how my order is made to order and the choice of new sides options with my meal now i get mozzarella sticks instead of fries which is hard to choose one or the other at times Keep up the good work here two thumbs up
I want to thank this burger king first for the excellent service and second for how clean the restaurant is always every time I go.
VERY slow service on Friday at noon. Still waiting for 2 sandwiches...15 min. Now 20 people waiting behind us. Clearly understaffed. Do not recommend!
Bad service the people who attend don't even look you in the face as if the customer doesn't matter. They are bored at work and the client has to pay the consequences. I ordered a sandwich without onion and a burrito and they charged me two sandwiches and with onion
