Through the years we've tried this BK and here and there it has been okay with times of dirty tables, broken, leaky soda machine, and spicy service between the good times. I cannot recommend this dump. My husband got a grease-soaked, thrown together burger that was disgusting. In the drive-through on several occasions they were out of several sodas and gave us torn pieces of the brown paper towels due to not even having napkins. I will never, ever go there again. Ever! The staff was not friendly. They were argumentative when they did things to our order wrong. The onion rings were returned for having salt on them which they were clearly loaded with and they were putting them where the salt was sticking in the fry section.They claim there was no salt on the onion rings. Then they were giving me a hard time because instead of doing the order like I requested they got mad because they had to make a new one. I recently visited the Burger King on long hill road and had an outstanding experience! The food was served hot and Each bite of my Whopper was delicious and satisfying, and the fries were perfectly crispy. A special shout-out to Cassandra, who took my order. She was incredibly helpful, making sure my special requests were noted and fulfilled. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the visit even more pleasant. It’s refreshing to see such excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back soon!
Very disappointed! We went thru the drive thru. Guy at speaker says "help you?" Really? I order 2 single sourdough kings, 2 whoppers with cheese and a large fry. I was excited to try the new sourdough sandwich. IT WAS AWFUL!! All 4 sandwich's were cold and i live 5 mins away! The sourdough bread WAS NOT toasted and the burger was in 2 or 3 pieces! Maybe ill try it at a different location. Not happy😞
I'm never disappointed by my food, but why does it consistently smell like a urinal so distinctly inside the whole restaurant
