Friendly staff. The food is very inconsistent here. Fresh food one visit then the next couple of visits my food is either outdated or overcooked.

Why is it so difficult to get a hot and fresh whopper? I don't understand! 07/05/2023 Placed an order on their app at 10:25 pm and arrived at Burger King at 10:30 pm to an empty parking lot. This store is supposed to be open until 11 pm. Went to the drive thru and a voice said "we're closed" I then said I placed an order on the app. Silence! Burger King is always a hit or miss is either you find a Good Burger King that always has your food fresh and ready or it's that janky Burger King that can't even get your order right 😂

I've eaten here a few times before and it's always felt like an attitude, especially when they do the wrong order. For instance, today I ordered a burger, and it felt so uncomfortable when I went inside and because of a language barrier, it felt like I was being talked about in Spanish (IYKYK). And this is the second time I've chosen to eat here for lunch in the last two days and each day my order was messed up.

Ordered 2 jr sausage burrito meal with a tea. My jr sausage burritos were dry. They had none of the sauce that comes on them just meat cheese and hash brown. Then my hash browns were cold. I also asked for the salsa packets that come with the burrito they didn't have any so she offer me buffalo sauce. That's a gr8 way to ruin someone's morning.
