Bought a double Texas Whooper meal which came out horrible from appearance and taste. The meat was not grilled but more like microwave. It was soggy!!! Where is the bacon?! A hamburger would have tasted better. This is a franchise operated by a very stingy owner! Condiments is extra! The last time I was here I ordered two orders of cookie and they forgot it. They wanted .25$ for sauce? The place looks rundown and not well maintained. It needs a major makeover and new owner / management.
This burger kind really frustrates me. Their prices seem ALOT higher than avg. I get their franchised and set their own prices but sheesh. The disparity is like multiple dollars on chicken fries, drinks, sweets. It’s giving super greedy. On top of that they are not super fast or super fresh. Nothing to make up for paying more than avg. Just mid Burger King. Oh and they charge extra for sauce, so yeah.
I would leave no stars if I had the option to. This burger king is the absolute worst one you can ever go to. The staff are very rude. The food is cold and sloppily made. The manager is unprofessional. This location went down over the years. It’s in a really decent spot and the service should reflect that but unfortunately it doesn’t. I refuse to ever go back to this location! Im always missing items and would go back with the receipt and the food just to be yelled at and sent away.
Very good service from the new manager and very good food, the food was very hot and on time. I should add that they gave me a lot of fríes.
Old Mexican woman “Manager”swiped my card twice and double charged me. Told me to come back if it gets charged twice. Well it got charged twice and when I came back she called me a liar to my face. Well since she brushed it off and stole my money here I am sitting and eating my free chicken nuggets, fries and onion rings since she wanted to scam me =] train your employees better, this husk of a woman needs to be fired... The food was barely warm by the way. Do better. It’s not a hard job lol
