I usually like BK This one in orange CT was No Good The bathroom was gross The chicken fries were stale The diet coke came out of the dispenser Tan color No thank you
The fact that I don’t know if she’s the manager or who she is felt like it’s OK to basically decline customer it says you guys close at 12 it doesn’t say you guys start packing up at 11:50 you close at 12 and when I got there approximately at 7:58 757 or whatever and I went up and there was a vehicle at the window no problem, but I tried to go to the window to the drive-through window I mean and She told me it was a recorded message but no answer. The employees were to busy doing chores to help customer. I was the only person in this place and couldn't get help. It took me twenty plus minutes to get the attention of the employees and get the single sandwich that I ordered. It was 9pm at night hours from closing time. But as I waited the floors were both swept and mopped... It seems to this Burger King that customers have all the time in the world. But I was only on a limited time schedule that returned me late because I was waiting on one little simple sandwich.
Just went ordered the 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches. I went through the drive through and instead of giving me the doubles they gave me the singles or 2 for 4 , I'm sure they do this to everybody who goes through the drive through as this wasn't the first time. Because who's gonna sit there and check but they certainly charged me for the doubles. Avoid this place or make sure you check your order before moving .
the employee Ciria is always so sweet and always does an amazing job whenever i go there to order food after a long day of work! finding genuinely kind people in this world is rare these days and even though it’s a quick interaction, it always brings a smile to me face :) this woman deserves a raise!
