Even though I chose Driver True while ordering, they still called me inside. Also, I waited inside for 20 minutes. The employee named Eric was very relaxed and did not care at all. Finally, they gave me the food, but this is the kind of food
Lunch break ruined . Whopper meal was a joke. The sandwich had the whole bottle of ketchup and jar of mayo. Thick cut tomato you couldn’t bite. Bread was sooo wet it fell apart when I picked up and stained my uniform badly. My fries was cold and I was told they just came out. This restaurant needs new management asap. The service must’ve been horrible all day because I tried to call the store and it’s been busy for over a hour now. So disappointing 7850 s crescent Blvd. Pennsauken NJ. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!
This place Needs HR to give feedback! Lots of work needs to be more involved. As managers have lack of information of the Burger King app which is still part of the company. It is embarrassing, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Please come visit this location! Managers and employees lack cleanliness as well. Always on the phones or talking to family members.
So on national cheeseburger day (09/18/24) we all went to BK for the free cheeseburger when you buy something for $1. Especially with the cost of living so high, this was greatly appreciated. It would of been. The cashier first left us in the drive through for 20 mins B4 coming out and telling us the speaker is broken. Then when I ordered and asked for the free deal, she had no clue what I meant. They do not listen they will put the wrong order in for you. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK RECIEPT BEFORE GETTING FOOD SND DRIVING AWAY. wasted a whole lunch break and a whole meal because it was not edible to me. Will be in contact with corporate for a refund on my order
