At 4:24pm on April 12, 2025, I placed an order in the BK app and within a few minutes picked up my order. I live close, but when I got home, the food was uneatable. The original chicken sandwiches were dark and soaked with oil. The fries were no better. i come here often and i like the guys who work here, theyre friendly and get your food out to you, and particularly the cheesy tots always come straight out the fryer which is really nice. i dont have bad experiences here, if my foods been messed up theyve fixed it no problem, the inside is always clean and neat, they keep the bathrooms totally pristine, its hard to complain about this place. its fast food, im not complaining about the $2 burger im willingly buying

As I pulled to the drive through window, I could see and smell an employee smoking weed in the back which ain’t a great sign. Then I got my order but asked for bbq sauce. After three minutes they give me someone else’s order and bbq sauce. I finally go to eat my sandwich and it’s not the sandwich I ordered and had to go back to have another one made. While I waited I had to listen to the employees colorful language bringing the vibes way down.

We have been sitting in the drive thru for literally 17 minutes. There were only 3 cars ahead of us and honestly, this is awful. We would have left but I used the app and it wouldn't allow me to cancel it. This burger king is the worst.
