The Property Manager, Shawn, is the best Property Managers ever! I've sent clients to Shawn for years now because is care, knowledge, and dedication to his tenants and prospective tenants is awe-inspiring. He goes above and beyond for everyone that he comes into contact with and if I could give him a million stars that wouldn't be enough. Thank you for everything you do and everything you are, Shawn!
Lived here for two years, Shawn is incredibly responsive and helpful, things were always quick to be repaired. Price was great, property always kept trash free and clean, you had access to the pool at the neighboring complex (Burl South) if you wanted it I lived alone and never felt unsafe inside of the complex, it's pretty quiet and tucked away on Burleson I miss living here and definitely recommend it to all of my friends!
I moved to Burl North a month ago and I'm really enjoying being a resident. It's the perfect location, less than 2 minutes to I-35 or the 71 making it close to downtown, shopping and restaurants of every kind. I have a unit that was updated with new flooring, new kitchen appliances, counter tops and cabinets, plus the walls are a wonderful neutral color with white trim. I've lived here for 2 years and am seriously wishing I hadn't just signed another lease. First of all, Shawn the property manager is an angel, he's the only positive force holding everything here together. It's generally quiet here and has a good location in the city. I am leaving 1 star because this apartment has a pattern of disrespecting and damaging the tenants personal property. I have had to replace 5 rugs since living here because the maintenance team ruins them when they come into my apartment unannounced and without... read more
Horrible. Mold in my daughter and son apartment cracks bubbles on ceiling and space in between vinyl in floor restoom, which can cause collect water and cause mold to grow
