The past 3 years living at Burl North has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, timely, and always responsive. My pup and I really enjoy our apartment and will be here for a long time!
I had a fine experience until move-out. I received a bill for some unexpected charges and have been unable to get in contact with anyone to simply clarify them. I have called many times, left three voicemails, attempted to go to the office (no one was there during business hours), and submitted a message via the contact us portal on the website. I moved to Burl North a month ago and I'm really enjoying being a resident. It's the perfect location, less than 2 minutes to I-35 or the 71 making it close to downtown, shopping and restaurants of every kind. I have a unit that was updated with new flooring, new kitchen appliances, counter tops and cabinets, plus the walls are a wonderful neutral color with white trim. My car got broken into in the parking lot, with no surveillance cameras OR security like its posted. Shady people walking around all the time, even seen people jump our fence! Also was towed from here by “security” because they could not see my sticker. Replacement sticker is $300. Dont rent here.
Apartment is a little dated and doesn't come with certain appliances. Staff is friendly, helpful, prompt. Maintenance are quick and friendly as well. The area isn't the best but for the price of the apartment in proximity to everything is pretty good.
