I just recently moved in this past week and i am super happy with the process and the apartment. The application was easy and the apartment was perfect while moving in. Shawn is seriously amazing! Great communication and personality! So happy i chose this apartment to call home.
I moved to Burl North a month ago and I'm really enjoying being a resident. It's the perfect location, less than 2 minutes to I-35 or the 71 making it close to downtown, shopping and restaurants of every kind. I have a unit that was updated with new flooring, new kitchen appliances, counter tops and cabinets, plus the walls are a wonderful neutral color with white trim. Lived here for two years, Shawn is incredibly responsive and helpful, things were always quick to be repaired. Price was great, property always kept trash free and clean, you had access to the pool at the neighboring complex (Burl South) if you wanted it I lived alone and never felt unsafe inside of the complex, it's pretty quiet and tucked away on Burleson I miss living here and definitely recommend it to all of my friends!
Great apartment for those who want a quiet and dog friendly apartment. The manager Shawn is great and can be reached easily if needed. Maintenance team helps you out within the same day and answers all questions. The dog area is clean and people pick up their dog wastes. Parking is never a problem which is a must for me. There are plenty of visitor parking as well. Lived at Burl North for 1.5 years now. Never had a complaint. Its quiet, maintenance is amazing, office staff always available and will get back with you when leaving messages. We absolutely love our neighbors and this place. We just renewed for another 13 month lease and you cant beat the pricing for this location. We never hear our neighbors and we have someone living beside us and below us and there is zero noise! Everyone stays to themselves and doesn't' get too involved in their neighbors lives.
