Disappointed with my recent experience with this office. I had a crown placed at their practice and it chipped. I was told they would see me and determine what they could do, so I scheduled an appointment for that Friday. I drove 30 minutes to the appointment. When I arrived I was told I had a small outstanding balance from the previous office and that my insurance required 48 hours to verify ... read more

This was my first experience at Burns Dental. I was very impressed with my welcome to their practice. After completing the paperwork, I was greeted by Melanie, my hygienist. She gave me a tour around the office, explaining how things are done. My teeth cleaning was done after X-rays and a thorough examination. Following that, she reviewed the process going forward and the meeting with the dentist himself. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Burns Dental

I recently went to Burns Dentistry due to a cracked tooth. I was in a lot of pain. From the minute I walked into the office, I was treated with compassion and professionalism. After taking x-rays, the doctor sat down with me to go over several options. I felt very comfortable in my decision and would highly recommend Burns Dentistry. They really make their patience a priority in getting the best care.

I randomly selected this office after moving to town a few months ago. From the onset, I have found everyone I’ve come into contact with to be thorough, caring, professional and informative. I had major work done and felt little to no pain at any step. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. And, I appreciate that they have an appropriate sense of humor!
