We moved from Fairbanks Alaska to Hot Springs two months ago. We decided that our new home needed a hot tub. We found Burton Pool and Spa. Cristian was the person who was very accommodating. Cannot say enough about their service. From the purchase of the spa to delivery and set up---JUST TERRIFIC. Thank you Christian
This is our forever store for our spa needs! Christian has been amazing! He installed our hot tub and explained everything in detail. Then a few weeks later when we tried to get the hot tub up and running, we had an issue and he rushed over on his time off to ensure it was fixed. A+++++++
Delivery was excellent. I could not be on site so Adysen and Luke put me on FaceTime to look at different ways to orient the tub rather than just drop and run. 5 star delivery, excellent communication

We contracted them to repair a side to our hot tub that had been destroyed by a storm. Their service team tore our hot tub cover straps off when repairing the side of the tub. They proceeded to excuse their team and then eventually told us how they planned to remediate the issue of damaging our cover by giving us 10% off of our bill or 10% off of a brand new cover.
