We had new liner installed recently. It took a little longer than we hoped to get the materials, but once they had everything, the process went smoothly. And quickly! We're very pleased at the communication level since then, including with the installer, JD. I think Burton's team is getting adjusted to Hot Springs and will be a reliable choice.
Brian drove from HS to LR and assessed my pool equipment after I got the run around from other companies in town when I bought my home. I had worked with Burton in Rogers AR and they were always timely and honest. He was very knowledgeable and explained what I need to do in great detail. In a matter of minutes he was able to get the pool working better than it had in almost a year! I’d highly recommend Brian and Burton pools to anyone!!
We bought a Hot Spring salt water hot tub in January and are very pleased. The delivery and setup was perfect. Then they came out got us set up and supplied everything. The hot tub performs as advertised ( which is very good). Also, I’ve found their in store prices competitive to on- line prices. The manager, Christian is amazing, I can’t say enough good about their customer service. Two thumbs up
Brian morris has 40 years in the Spa and pool Service business he can diagnose and fix and install to the highest standards. It’s rare to see this level of quality on a consistent basis I would do business with Burton Pools just because of Bryan. Thank you so much for his technical expertise. We can’t say enough about his quality and thoroughness.
This company ripped me off so bad!!! I went to them cause they said they would save me money after my husband died. Even from the start there was always dirt at the bottom of the pool. I had pools for 30 years in different houses and this is the first time there was dirt left. The big problem was that at the end of March my motor on the pool broke. I didn’t get it fixed until May 31st. My pool became green while the motor was broke. I told them not to come clean until the motor was fixed. They still kept coming to clean a ... read more
