Amazing experience! Theresa was wonderful and so friendly when setting up my appointment. Chancey was on time, friendly, and diagnosed our AC problem quickly. Repair was affordable and done in time for us to leave on our trip as planned. Highly recommend.

Nothing but praise for BVS! We purchased our unit about a year ago and BVS called this morning to schedule a check-up of our system. They kept in close contact to let us know when our tech, Fred, would arrive. He was right on time and performed a very thorough review of our system, and was an absolute delight to visit with while he worked. Yet again, so pleased with our decision to have BVS provide our HVAC needs. Thanks to BVS and especially Fred!

I installed two new thermostats myself, and after set up my dehumidifier wasn’t working as I expected. Even though I was on the right path, the original install by the builder didn’t quite make sense. Christopher English did an excellent job during our AC service visit. He thoroughly troubleshot my dehumidifier setup, traced the wiring, and clearly explained how the dehumidification system works. I would like to thank BVS for accommodating my unforeseen schedule change by arranging the technician to arrive earlier than planned. Jamol arrived early and was very courteous. Christopher came out after two other companies and found a rusted heat exchanger on a 22 year old furnace witch was missed by the other companies. He also redesigned my duct work, and the home feels great. I slept great at night nowing everything is safe. He also helped me learn how to use my new thermostat. Great tech I would recommend him to anyone.
