12/1/25 Byrd Property Management LLC took over my owner-provided lease (I do not have a lease with Byrd, owner hired them for day-to-day management of my lease only). The last 9 days have been literal hell dealing with this firm. Spam emails and texts, incorrect accounting, issue with enforcement of owner providing a pest control maintenance plan (as mandated by Virginia Law, VRLTA, and affirmed by Parrish v.
