C4 SOFTWASH has littered our neighborhood with both inground and nailed to power pole signs advertising their business. Our neighborhood finds this offensive, an eyesore and blight on the beauty of our environment. We urge the owner to reconsider their advertising approach and perhaps consider that they are actually driving business away from their services by this egregious encroachment on our pristine and beautiful roadside right of ways.
