Great service
Took my car to get inspected 12/17/18. The inspector called me out to tell be what was due based on mileage. I kindly told him I would get it done at the dealership. He made a smart comment. I noticed that my glove compartment had been messed with later that day. There was no need for them to go in it because I have them my insurance information. I later found that ALL of my quarters were missing from my change collection. Like seriously?! This is the last time I’ll get my inspection done here!.
There’s always something wrong there. I go to Toyota, things are just fine. Not at at Cabana. One of the last times they couldn’t remove my oil filter. Went to Toyota and witnessed them remove it easy. This time it’s a gas cap. Never again will I go there.
I was speaking to another Spanish speaking customer about overpriced items. The Lube Tech (black male)became very angry angry and aggressive. I apologized for saying something about the service and he continued and followed me outsiide as I sought calm the situation and got License plate. He showed me some photo that was some type officer and threatened to call my boss. Poor service and terrible employees.
VERY RUDE AND INCOMPETENT . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. FOR MORE DETAILS FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME AT 832-385-3083. TYRONE DOES OIL AND FILTER CHANGES INCORRECTLY AND HIS BOSS DOUBLES DOWN ON THE STUPIDITY. IF YOU CARE ANOUT YOUR CAR NEVER GO HERE. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS TOO.
please do not come to this place do not trust your cars to these mechanics to me they stole my truck parts and they also changed my oil left the plug loose and threw the oil thanks to God I noticed the problem in time and it did not damage my engine I went to claim them they just got deaf and they said it was a lie so please dont go to this locación on 4993 w.bellfort
