I had a great experience renting an apartment from Cabrio until it came time to move out. Their third-party service, Lease Track has many issues refunding your account and will repeatedly tell you that they have removed charges when they have not. While my lease was active, there appeared to be no issue with Cabrio, but when it came time to return my security deposit there was confusion due to 4 charges that still had not been removed. Horrible. Outdated buildings, very poor communication, willing to sell your parking spots, and increase rental rates over 300$+ after a year. Cabrio is a horrible company that takes advantages of students and the lack of affordable housing in Ann Arbor. Would not recommend.
