The lady that checked us in is awesome. She patiently described all of the photo packages for my daughter's Senior pictures. Including showing us ways to save money. Any savings are definitely welcome in this pro rich economy. The photographers were fantastic. Emmanuel, Jacob and Armando were thorough and professional. Thank you all again for the lovely experience.
I paid for a session, it was over 4 hours. We left not getting all of them done, they have yet to have any of the photos done for the session edited or proofed so I can get them released. They don’t have them assigned to my account so I can’t see ANY of the photos done. This is February2026 and the photos were done in September 2025! most unprofessional and for the thousand dollars you pay for the flash drive you think they would do better. After a stressful day unsure if my daughter would be able to have her Senior picture make it into her HS yearbook…CJ and Chantel were patient, amazing, kind, and everything you would need in that moment of despair. Chantel was on it with communication to get the pictures to my daughter’s school in time. CJ has a very calming, chill vibe who instantly made us feel at ease. This place is amazing and has given us breath taking photos!!!!!!!!!! Rafael did soooo amazing. He’s so creative and a great time. All of the team is amazing actually!! We wish we could get our own done lol Thank you!!
Lily was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was extremely helpful and friendly and especially understanding. She helped us figure out the payment situation perfectly and had open ears the whole time. Very sweet and made the experience amazing. We weren’t going to make a purchase but with her help we got the best option for us.
