A horrible experience. We had an appointment for a 90 minute session, but kept getting passed over while we sat waiting and waiting. After I said something they were quick to get us moving. After 2 1/2 hours we still weren't done and opted to come back a week later to finish. When it came time to review the photos, I just wanted a few digital photos because I wasn't sure the sizes and numbers of prints I would need. CADY will not sell any images individually. We couldn't travel 30 miles to get to the studio so we booked a "session" to be done at school thinking it would be a similar experience. Wrong. Leading up to the special day we received numerous emails encouraging us that this day was all about my daughter, she would have time to have a few changes of clothes, pick our favorite things (musical instrument, sports item), take pictures with someone else, and even bring a pet. Horrible customer service at the corporate level. Once they have your money, just try to get the bad editing fixed. No one is on charge. Experience in studio wasn’t great either. Over booked and under staffed.
