I ordered and paid for a photo portfolio from Cady Studios on December 3rd. The portfolio never arrived, although the free promotional magnets did. When I contacted customer service, I was told my payment was applied to an unrelated issue from September involving my stepdaughter’s mother and allegedly unreturned sample photos.
