Staff made me feel very comfortable and it’s a very positive environment.
Had to drive 1.5 hrs to get here, not a problem, but going there, they have it set up for different photographers. I spoke to manager, if you want to be professional then it should be presented as such. I requested the same photographer after being sent outside to someone else. I suggest to stay with one photographer. Keep it feeling professional, same person who gives the same bond from front to end. Stay with same photographer front start to finish.
