I ordered a Labubu cake for my little one's birthday. I asked for the cake outsider to be pink and Labubu topper to stay brown, made of chocolate. After I called them to make sure they got my notes and I was told that the cake will be like in the website picture and not possible to change colour. All good until here. The cake arrived very late on the day (paid £26), changing all my plans and when we opened the box we have a very bad surprise! The cake supposed to be brown and only the figurine to be pink, was tasteless ,paid extra for the fruits and they were barely any fruits in the cake.I would expect more from Caffe Concerto.I had to call a few times for delivery updates,no email confirmation,the delivery was very expensive and is less than 5 miles distance,overall very disappointing experience.I would never order anything from them.👎
Placed order on phone. The lady was super helpful. The cake was ready within an hour. Place is accessible if you have car, but would struggle with public transport. Cake was good.
Very good welcome from Aakanksh. He brought our ordered tasting cakes and gave us privacy and time to discuss. Aakanksh helped us so much with the final decision of our wedding cake suggesting a lot of variances, and he was very, very kind. He made our tasting day so different and memorable!
Excellent cakes, staff (Omar/Valbona/Mahamood/Andrew) and I'll marry the Patissiere! 😆😋 "Best cake I've ever had in my life!" my friends comment to his pineapple cake! You cannot fault the cake studio on any level! It's a shame the staff from Park Royal, are not sent out to the stores to train the staff in the branches!
