Placed order on phone. The lady was super helpful. The cake was ready within an hour. Place is accessible if you have car, but would struggle with public transport. Cake was good.
Excellent cakes, staff (Omar/Valbona/Mahamood/Andrew) and I'll marry the Patissiere! 😆😋 "Best cake I've ever had in my life!" my friends comment to his pineapple cake! You cannot fault the cake studio on any level! It's a shame the staff from Park Royal, are not sent out to the stores to train the staff in the branches! The staff displayed a lack of courtesy and customer service expertise. When I arrived today to pick up my cake, the receptionist greeted me with a brusque tone. She did not smile or make any eye contact.
Hi guys Just sharing my own personal experience with this people here at Caffè Concerto I've ordered this morning a Selva Nera over the phone and when I got here they had a quite different cake ready for me, a Selva. The gent. over the counter was very nice, asking me for a few min wait, he went and got it fixes in only about 10 min. I'd definitely recommend them for friendly costumer approach and going the extra mile. Ok 👍🏼
Great tasting cakes BUT ordered an 8-inch cake and received 6-inch which they replaced. I had also ordered another smaller piece of raspberry mousse, but I didn't think of checking it as I was too busy trying to get the 6-inch cake exchanged for the 8-inch that I had ordered and thought they wouldn’t have got the mousse wrong as well but how wrong I was.
