This is an absolutely beautiful location! It all felt very luxurious and refined, and was only amplified by the wonderful desserts. Neither dessert felt too heavy, and were not overly sweet thankfully, just enough. The staff seemed very quick and friendly, and were very attentive to our needs. Overall a fantastic experience. :)
This place gets busy and that can detract from the atmosphere with the sound of people talking loudly to be heard. The service is pleasent but they are busy. We waited about 30 minutes to be severed But the cakes are wonderful and the drinks smashing. It's worth waiting and you will enjoy. I have been a few times and like the place a lot. Sure it gets buy but when you get the cake and drink your easily forgive that. Can't wait to next time.
We had the most wonderful dinner here last night! Everything we ordered was delicious, and our server Satish was a joy! The cafe itself was a vibe, to quote my teen daughter. Definitely on our short list of must-do again before we leave London!!

Unfortunately, our experience here wasn’t great. We came in looking forward to enjoying some classic desserts, but things didn’t quite go as expected. We ordered three pre-made cakes — something that should have taken just a few minutes to serve — but after placing our order, our waiter disappeared for over 30 minutes. To our surprise, we later saw him having his dinner at a nearby table. He didn't even come to apologise after.
