We had a lovely experience at Caffe Concerto in Covent Garden. Beautiful exterior and interior, extensive menu with various choices, excellent quality of food, and very friendly and attentive service from Satish. The chicken mayo and avocado toasted sandwich was divine. The spaghetti bolognese was also very good. And the masala chai latte with honey is probably the best one I’ve ever had. We would highly recommend this restaurant. 😋👍🏻👍🏻
Unfortunately, our experience here wasn’t great. We came in looking forward to enjoying some classic desserts, but things didn’t quite go as expected. We ordered three pre-made cakes — something that should have taken just a few minutes to serve — but after placing our order, our waiter disappeared for over 30 minutes. To our surprise, we later saw him having his dinner at a nearby table. He didn't even come to apologise after. When I saw the red velvet cake I really wanted it but the cake itself turned out to be a quite dry. My friends’ cakes, pistachio honey and strawberry gateaux were really soft and delicious. I enjoyed Mulberry Lemonade too. Great service and atmosphere.
Afternoon tea with Prosecco, all food delicious, 10/10 staff- very attentive and friendly. First time here, would definitely recommend and would definitely return. Had a lovely time for my mums birthday. Very busy and a great atmosphere⭐️ well done to all the staff who were very busy and run off their feet. Great job..
Afonso was amazing from the get go, super polite and friendly. Cakes and coffee were really good, will definitely be back soon.
